Functional Strength | Pilates | Yoga
Functional Strength + H.I.I.T
A 50 minute circuit style resistance training class consisting of functional exercises (multi-joint movement patterns) and a couple cardio exercises. This resistance training class builds muscle while boosting metabolism resulting in stronger, leaner more defined muscles and improved range of motion. Form over function is priority, meaning we want you to have excellent form before increasing weight.
This class is designed with progressive overload to help you build strength and see measurable progress. Each week, you'll rotate through three different workouts—one on Tuesday, a different one on Thursday, and another on Saturday. These workouts will stay the same for four - five weeks, allowing you to refine your form, increase resistance, and track your improvements before progressing to a new set of workouts. A new workout is posted the first of each month.
*While consistently changing up your workout may seem less boring, results will also be lacking. Results are important to us as we know they are important to you.
Pilates Fusion
A 50-60 minute reformer-style pilates class reimagined. Pilates Fusion is a modern twist on classical Pilates.
This innovative class brings the precision and power of reformer Pilates to the mat using HeroBoards—mini reformers that glide to mimic the movement and resistance of traditional reformer machines.
Expect a full-body experience focused on control, stability, and alignment. You’ll move through a variety of exercises designed to challenge your balance, strengthen your deep core, and lengthen and tone muscles from head to toe. We incorporate resistance bands and/or light weights to increase intensity and build muscular endurance. Class begins with a short yoga-inspired warmup and includes subtle, low-impact cardio to support heart health—finishing with mobility work and breathwork to reduce stress and support recovery.
Whether you're a Pilates devotee or new to the practice, this class offers a fresh and effective approach to total-body toning.
Restore
(yoga/pilates/mobility)
A 50–60 minute class designed to complement your fitness routine by improving core strength, flexibility, stability, and balance.
Blending Pilates, yoga, and mobility work, Restore enhances posture, supports injury prevention, and promotes healthier movement patterns for long-term performance and longevity. Many sessions incorporate HeroBoards (mini Pilates reformer) to gently challenge balance, control, and core engagement in a fresh, supportive way.
Class finishes with calming breathwork and mindfulness to reset the nervous system and leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, and restored.
